After the review and deliberation of the executive committee of the JHS Board, which was the responsibility of the compensation committee, compensation recommendations were reviewed and approved by the full JHS Board. The MLH CEO reports to the JHS CEO and is appointed by the JHS Board. The MLH CEO also reports to the MLH Board.
