The Care Center will pay an amount of $272,000 provided the contact terms of 60 months are met. Schedule J, Column C and Part VII, Section A, Form 990 include $40,800 of accrued compensation for the calendar year 2024. The agreement was completed in September 2024. Part I, Line 7 Bonuses were given across the entire organization for merit. The bonuses were based on years of experience, level of responsibility, tenure, and to ensure continued operations with no disruption of behavioral health services to the community.
