Children were served in a a group home setting and in foster homes licensed by PA OCYF. We discontinued foster care services in November 2010. Adults are served in community living arrangements and family living homes licensed by PA ODP. During 10-11 six children received foster care services. Eight adults received family living services. Fifty-one children & adults received group home or CLA services. We provided 15,931 days of CLA , 2,544 days of family living, 161 days of respite, and 511 days of foster care services in 10-11. 1348997 0 1389532 Human Services: Non-residential services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Habilitation & companion services were provided to seventy-five individuals. They received 31,737 hours of service in 10-11. Vocational services for individuals with intellectual disabilites were also provided. Thirty-one people attended the adult training facility and 53 people participated in supported employment and transitional work. They received 36,085 hours of service. The primary guidelines for external competiveness were the median salary of agencies by "Budget Size" and "Agencies Outside of Allegheny County" in the most recent "Wage and Benefit Survey of Southwestern PA Nonprofit Organizations." Secondary factors were taken into consideration depending upon the specific positions were "Primary Source of Fudning"; "Number of Employees"; and "Level of Education Required." Also for managment positions, "Number of Years in Position" and "Number of Employees Managed" were considered. Within given parameters, compensation will be linked to individual employee performance. The compensation Review Committee recommended salary & benefits which were approved by the full Board of Directors. The audit that was conducted by the accounting firm Black, Bashor, and Porsch, LLP was not completed until the middle March, 2012 due to a material difference regarding payment for services with the Office of Developmental Programs in the State of Pennsylvania.
