The goal is to increase the access of vulnerable children to quality education and social services. STS International's main role is to monitor academic progress through annual assessments of student learning conduct, including curriculum-based standardized testing and the administration of the Early Grades Reading Assessment (EGRA). 194032 In Tanzania (2011 - present), STS International has a sub-contract with Creative Associates International on the five-year USAID-funded Tanzania 21st Century (TZ21) project to improve student learning outcomes through the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in primary schools. STS's main role is in the area of evaluation of student learning outcomes in language, mathematics, and science.
