After approving the candidates for selection, the Scholarship Committee makes a recommendation to the Board to fund the scholarships for candidates. By way of vote, the Board either approves or denies the scholarship funding. After the Board approves the scholarships funding, funds are disbursed directly to the appropriate educational institution to cover the educational expenses of the scholarship winner.
