Top management of the Organizations and the Governing Board monitor the conflict of interest policy by analyzing sensitive transactions and contractual and by requiring to employees and board members to disclosed any interest or relationship with a third party. The policy is also enforced throughout periodic seminars and conferences to officers and key personnel. Compensation of officers and key employee is then presented to the Governing Board for approval.
