Gordon College draws a substantial percentage of students from New England and the north eastern states and follows a racially nondiscriminatory policy to their students. Because of this, Gordon believes that the publicity requirement is satisffied by complying with section 4.02. Because Gordon College is an interdenominational Christian college, their market appeal is to a smaller segment of the general population. Given the technology available today, they have invested in their web sites as the way to reach the most students. Gordon's promotional activities and recruiting efforts in each geographic area are designed to inform students of all racial segments interested in a christian college of the availability of Gordon College.
