Salaries and benefit packages of top executives of 7 similar organizations were studied. A final compensation package and employment contract was approved by a subcommittee of the executive board as well as other members chosen from managed organizations. Periodically a compensation study is conducted either internally by the Human Resources department or by the use of an outside consultant for all employees of the organization. CSG utilizes a pay grade system to determine salary ranges for different positions within the organization.
