All grant recipients send receipts for all funds spent internationally; receipts and digital photos of projects are scanned and emailed to the Organization's office in a timely manner as the project progresses. Each such individual verbally confirms that they have received, read, understood and agreed to comply with the policy. Any transactions that may involve a conflict of interest are brought to the President's attention and require the review and approval of the Organization's governing body prior to establishing such an arrangement.
