The agreement was executed in 1992 and stipulated that the president of TEDC (Tom Mullins) would also serve as the president of the Chamber and several other employees would work for both entities.For the year ended September 30, 2011, the Chamber paid TEDC $124,514 to reimburse TEDC for payroll costs of shared employees and other miscellaneous expenses.On January 1, 1999 TEDC entered into a fifteen year lease agreement with the Chamber. Rent expenses paid to the Chamber from TEDC for 2011 were $30,000.
