NTHEA does not make its governing documents and conflict of interest policy available to the puplic. NTHEA is a tax exempt organization. The NTHEA 990 for Tax Year 2010 was due January 17, 2012. However the IRS issued Notice IR-2011-120 in December 2011 which advised that the IRS e-file system would not be available from January 1, 2012 through February 29, 2012, thus cannot accept electronic returns during this time. The notice granted an automatic extention to March 30, 2012 for TE filers whose filing due date for returns is January 17, 2012 or February 15, 2012.
