This proposal will be developed in consultation with local institutional and community partners throughout the watershed. The premise of this program will be that coexistence, resilience, and development are all necessary for stability across the Okavango Watershed. Food security, natural resources, livelihoods and wildlife are all priorities and all must be managed accordingly.
