The Organization had no unrelated business income tax during the year ended December 31, 2012. GAAP requires management to evaluate tax positions taken and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the Organization has taken an uncertain tax position that more likely than not would not be sustainable upon examination by taxing authorities.
