Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 2 Dalcio Andujar, Jr. and Alexander Andujar are father and son and both sit on the Board of Directors for GFDD. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8a Due to the difficulty the Board of Directors encounters to meet regularly, GFDD is in the process of creating an operational Board of Directors working in Washington, DC and maintaining the present Board of Directors as and Advisory Board. GFDD is also developing a process of documenting the minutes of the board meetings once the DC board is established. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c GFDD is very aware of the possible implication of hiring an employee or contractor with regards to avoiding potential conflicts of interest. If a conflict of interest appears to exist, the issue is discussed with senior management and evaluated accordingly. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 GFDD hires Raffa, P.C., an independent firm, to research published salary surveys and to identify appropriate benchmark positions in order to find a reasonable compensation for its officers and key employees. Once the compensation amounts are determined the Board of Directors approve and document the decisions. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19 GFDD's lawyers, Squire, Sanders and Dempsey, L.L.P., drafted GFDD's governing documents and conflict of interest policy. These documents in addition to the financial statements and federal Form 990 are available to the public upon request.
