It is required that each director, officer, CEO, COO and CFO annually complete and sign a disclosure statement. The Governance Committee sends the performance review out to the Board of Directors for comment. The Finance Committee determines the compensation for the CEO. The last time the CEO accepted a salary increase was July 1, 2010. The CEO looks at comparability data and surveys to set the officers and key employees compensation. All salary increases over 8% must be approved by the National Board of Directors. All officers and key employees go through a performance review on an annual basis. The extension was granted. buildOn's 2012 audit was not completed in time to file by the original due date of 5/15/2103.
