The School's Superintendent and Treasurer are appointed and compensated by Concept Schools. Concept Schools also provide a wide range of services such as; budgeting and financial oversight, School Management Database, quarterly OAT/OGT Practice tests, curriculum alignment, professional development and evaluation services for teachers, etc. In return of those services, he School transfers 12% of its foundation revenues from state to the management company. Financial Reports are presented to the School Board for approval in month Board Meetings. All employment and major business decisions are also subject to the School Board's approval. F990_P06_S0B_L11b Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 990 is prepared by the School Treasurer and a copy is provided to the Board Members for review in the Board Meeting. F990_P06_S0B_L12c Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c The Conflict of Interest Policy is part of the School's By-Laws. The School Board consistently reviews and discusses any issues that might be in conflict with the policy in the Board Meetings. All operations of the School is also monitored by the School's Sponsor and annually annually audited by the Auditors of State. F990_P06_S0C_L19 Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The School's Annual Audit Report is published on Auditors of State's web site at http://www.auditor.state.oh.us. All governing documents and the School's Conflict of Interest Policy is available to anybody upon request. The School's audit was not finalized by November 15, 2012. An extension was filed and approved by IRS.
