This ministry is targeted at helping the street kids of Africa. The ministry does not produce brochures or catalogues and does not formally advertise. The ministry's Bylaws include the following nondiscrimination Article: "In God's Heart Ministry shall not discriminate against any child on the basis of race, color or national or ethnic origin." The ministry's doors are open to all children with needs and the teachers are hired locally based on their ability to speak the given language and their expertise. Explanation of Document Retention Schedule E, Part I, Line 4 The ministry is located in South Africa. 100% of the students are black, as almost 100% of the abandoned children in the area are black. The ministry does not discriminate, but also does not maintain documents that indicate the composition of the children at the ministry. The ministry does not print catalogs or brochures as they are usually at capacity without any advertising. Since the school is strictly ancillary to the ministry and is not open to students that are not part of the orphanage, the nondiscriminatory policy is not published as required for an open enrollment school. There are no scholorships or financial assistance awards available as all ministry services are provided to the children free of charge.
