Bellwether currently manages a portfolio of 29 properties with 1,883 great places to live for nearly 3,000 people, including 550 children and 500 seniors. Most of our residents are low-wage working people or low-income seniors with annual household incomes ranging from $18,000 to $50,000 depending on household size (30% to 60% of area median income for King County). Average annual household income for Bellwether residents in 2012 was approximately $25,000. Although Bellwether Housing does not provide supportive services, we partner with nonprofit service organizations to support those residents who are elderly, who have special needs, or those transitioning out of homelessness.
