The purpose of this policy is to provide transparency and compliance with various legal standards for non-profit management. The President's salary is set after an annual merit review, by the Chair of the Board in consultation with the Treasurer and/or other Board members, as the Chair sees fit. The salaries for other key employees are set, after the annual merit review, by the management team. All salaries are set in the context of market information and our merit increase system. All salaries of key employees are reviewed by the Compensation Committee of the Board.
