      <PrimaryExemptPurpose>BASIC RESEARCH, INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION, EDUCATION, ENVIROMENTAL AWARENESS.INTERNATIONAL EARTHLIGHT ALLIANCE (IEA) EMPLOYS A UNIQUE APPROACH TO STIMULATE STUDENT AND PUBLIC INTEREST AND CURIOSITY ABOUT SCIENCE. IEA INVESTIGATES HIGH VISABILITY LITTLE UNDERSTOOD ANOMALIES AS A LEARNING VEHICLE.USING RIGOROUS SCIENTIFIC METHODOLOGY AND STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY, IEA CONTINUES TO INVESTIGATE DIVERSE AREAS OF PUBLIC INTEREST NEGLECTED BY MAINSTREAM SCIENCE. AMONG THEM ARE LANDS WHERE MEASURABLE GEOPHYSICAL ANOMALIES EXIST SUCH AS SACRED SITES, EARTHLIGHT AREAS AND GEOPATHIC ZONES. UNDER STUDY ARE HEALTH ISSUES AT ANOMALOUS GEOPHYSICAL SITES, ANOMALIES SURROUNDING SEISMIC ACTIVITY AND ANIMAL BEHAVIOR AS PART OF THE ENVIRONMENT.</PrimaryExemptPurpose>
      <ProgramServiceAccomplishment>
        <DescriptionProgramServiceAccom>THE INTERNATIONAL EARTHLIGHT ALLICANCE CONTINUES TO COLLECT MAGNETIC, WEATHER, IONIZING RADIATION, ELECTRIC FIELD,PHOTOGRAPHIC AND OTHER DATA 24/7 AT ITS GEOPHYSICAL OBSERVATORY IN SEDONA AZ. PARTICULAR ATTENTION CONTINUED TO BE PAID TO THE IONIZING RADIATION READINGS IN MONTHS FOLLOWING THE FUKUSHIMA EARTHQUAKE. DAILY LOGS OF NASA SOLAR TERRESTRIAL AND USGS SEISMIC DATA CONTINUE TO BE MAINTAINED TO SUPPLEMENT OBSERVATORY DATA.THE STUDY OF NIGHTTIME CHROMATIC SHIFTS IN SKY COLOR PRIOR TO LARGE MAGNITUDE EARTHQUAKES IS PROGRESSING WELL AS ADDITIONAL EARTHQUAKES OCCUR. AS FINANCES ALLOW, WE CONTINUE TO PURCHASE INSTRUMENTS AND DATA ACQUISITION COMPUTERS TO AUGMENT THE SEDONA OBSERVATORY AND PORTABLE FIELD LABORATORY. AN INFRA RED/ULTRAVIOLET MODIFIED NIKON D5000 CAMERA WAS ADDED. SAMPLES OF DAYTIME INFRA RED PHOTOGRAPHS WERE TAKEN TO DETERMINE IF INFRA RED FLASHES COULD BE RECORDED DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS. CONTROL NIGHTTIME PICTURES WERE TAKEN AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS; IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA AND IN BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADAFREQUENT EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTIONS CONTINUE. INTERNATIONAL EARTHLIGHT ALLIANCE IS INVESTIGATING THE PROBLEM AND FOUND "NOISE" ON INCOMING POWER LINES. THE POWER COMPANY WAS NOTIFIED. SHOCKS PROMPTED ELECTRICAL AND MAGNETIC MEASUREMENTS OF A 5 FOOT INTERVAL 120 BY 100 FOOT GRID IN A POSSIBLE "BAD" ZONE AROUND THE OBSERVATORY. THESE MEASUREMENTS BEGAN IN 2011 WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF VOLUNTEERS AND THE OBSERVATIONS WERE CONTINUED IN 2012. ANOMALOUS MAGNETIC SIGNALS HAVE BEEN RECORDED IN THE AREA. INDOOR INDUCED VOLTAGES CAUSED BY HOUSEHOLD WIRING HAVE ALSO BEEN MEASURED. POSSIBLE INSTRUMENT FAILURE AND HEALTH EFFECTS RELATED TO THESE ANOMALIES ARE BEING ANALYZED TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. ADDITIONAL MEASUREMENTS WERE TAKEN AT ANOTHER TROUBLED HOUSE IN SEDONA.GEOPHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS OF SACRED SITES WERE MADE DURING EXPEDITION TO LA BARRON KIVA AND AN ANCIENT NATIVE AMERICAN STONE CIRCLE NEAR WINONA AZ. ANOTHER EXPEDITION WAS MAKE TO A PETROGLYPH AREA NEAR RED TANK DRAW, AZ. STUDIES OF ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES OF ROCKS AND STONE CIRCLES CONTINUES.VIDEOTAPING OF HUMAN-WILD-ANIMAL COMMUNICATION CONTINUES FOR ULTIMATE ASSEMBLY INTO A DOCUMENTARY SHOWING NEW DEPTHS OF ANIMAL COMMUNICATION ARE POSSIBLE. THE MAIN SUBJECT OF THE VIDEOS IS A WILD SCRUB JAY WHO FOLLOWS COMMANDS LIKE A DOG.PUBLIC OUTREACH AND FUND RAISING HAS CONTINUED AT EXHIBITS AND BOOTHS AT A GEM AND MINERAL SHOW AND SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS, SELLING DONATED ITEMS AND PHOTOGRAPHS FROM EXPEDITIONS. HONORARIA FROM INVITED SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS ALSO PROVIDED INCOME. AMONG INVITED TALKS WAS THE 40TH ANNIVERSARY MEETING OF THE INTERNATIONAL REMOTE VIEWING ASSOCATION.RE-CREATING INTERNATIONAL EARTHLIGHT ALLIANCE'S WEB SITE IN AN UPDATED FORMAT CONTINUES.A ROCK WITH MYSTERIOUS CHARACTERS WAS FOUND AT THE OBSERVATORY. A FACULTY MEMBER FROM UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA TUCSON PHOTOGRAPHED THE ROCK IN DETAIL FOR FUTURE INTERNET PUBLICATION.</DescriptionProgramServiceAccom>
