The housing program provides housing, case-management services, education, life-skills classes, job training, limited medical and dental, transportation fare, food, clothing, and allowances, incentives, support and more for 18 to 24-year olds. The residents can stay in the program for up to two years at no cost to the resident. In 2012, REST provided residential housing to 3 women. In addition, REST provided direct services to many of them, including counseling support and meeting felt-needs, such as food, transportation vouchers and hygiene supplies.
