Tax positions for the open tax years as of December 31, 2012 were reviewed, and it was determined that no provision for uncertain tax position is required. HOPEs information income tax returns for years subsequent to fiscal year 2008 are open, by statute, for review by authorities. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8a TSP-Hope did not maintain board minutes during a portion of 2012. They are working to resolve this issue in 2013. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8b There are no committees that have the authority to act on behalf of the governing body, therefore no required meeting documentation was maintained.
