The fourteen attorney directors shall be composed as follows: One attorney director shall be selected by the governing body of a county or municipal bar association operating within each of the eleven service areas as specified within the bylaws. One attorney director shall be appointed by the governing body of the Illinois State Bar Association. Two attorney directors shall be appointed by a county or municipal bar association or other organization operating within the service area having an interest in the delivery of legal services to the poor.
