Nondiscriminatory Policy is part of the School's charter and publicized on the School's brochures, flyers, and enrollment forms. SchE_P01_S00_L06 Schedule E, Part I, Line 6 School receives Federal Title Grants, Federal Breakfast and Lunch Program Grants, and Federal Race to The Top Grants. F990_P06_S0A_L03 Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 3 The School is in contract with Concept Schools Inc., an Illinois based not-for-profit organization to provide instructional, administrative and financial management. The School's Superintendent and Treasurer are appointed and compensated by Concept Schools. Concept Schools also provide a wide range of services such as; budgeting and financial oversight, School Management Database, quarterly OAT/OGT Practice tests, curriculum alignment, professional development and evaluation services for teachers, etc. In return of those services, the School transfers 12% of its foundation revenues from state to the management company. Financial Reports are presented to the School Board for approval in monthly Board Meetings. All employment and major business decisions are also subject to the School Board's approval. The School Board consistently reviews and discusses any issues that might be in conflict with the policy in the Board Meetings. All operations of the School is also monitored by the School's Sponsor and annually annually audited by the Auditors of State. All governing documents and the School's Conflict of Interest Policy is available to anybody upon request. The School's audit was not finalized by November 15, 2012. An extension was filed and approved by IRS.
