The copy is delivered by email to each member with a notice that any questions or concerns should be communicated to finance staff. These forms are required on an annual basis and are monitored by the finance staff to assure that any possible conflicts are properly reported to the Board and that steps are taken to assure that the conflict does not negatively impact the Colorado Children's Campaign.
