Management has analyzed the tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements and determined there are none. The Pavilion is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions: however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Board Members are required to complete conflict of interest questionnaires annually and to disclose any changes occuring throughout the year at board meetings. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 Compensation for each key employee, including the CEO, shall be instituted or recommended based on the annual performance review predicated on both job description and submitted goals and objectives. The standard of compensation will be developed utilizing various professional sources. For the most recent review, this included Mountain State Nonprofit and General Industries surveys. The volunteer Board of Directors will set the merit-based compensation for the CEO based on an annual review of the aforesaid sources. The CEO's salary was approved by the board and comparable data was used. However, the documentation only consists of the board chair's approval of a percentage increase in the CEO's salary.
