They review the survey and evaluate the performance of the Executive Director. They then recommend an appropriate salary to the full Board of Trustees who have the responsibility for final approval of the salary of the Executive Director. For key employees, the committee reviews salaries with the Executive Director who recommends their salary for the committee to consider. Also, certain employees are participants in the Fund's 457 deferred compensation plan. Eligible participants are Elizabeth Clark, Betty Jo Lesonsky, and Joseph DeRocchis. Under the terms of this plan, participants are eligible to receive a distribution 60 days after termination of employment or retirement. In 2013, allocated contributions totaled $52,500 as an equal contribution of $17,500 each was made to Elizabeth Clark, Betty Jo Lesonsky, and Joseph DeRocchis.
