This Memorandum of Understanding was later amended to shorten the transition period to 6 months. As of July 1, 2012, the RSD became the sole operator of all schools previously under management by ABR. As part of this process, substantially all of ABRs capital assets were transferred to the RSD effective July 1, 2012. Other of ABRs remaining capital assets were contributed to another non-profit charter school educational agency effective July 1, 2012. Assets remaining after all obligations have been settled will be distributed to the RSD and the other non-profit charter school educational agency.
