Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The personnel committee does a review and then will suggest to the budget committee a rate of pay for the executive director. The budget committee meets every October and presents to the board for a vote the rate of pay to be effective in January. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Governing documents and financial reports are made available to the public upon request. The Governing Body reviews the financial reports on a quarterly basis. The Finance Committee reviews the reports at least three additional times. Which includes meeting with an investment advisor. The documents are available to be brought to the Retirement home for the public to look at.
