The Executive Vice President then reviews the Form. Once IFCJ executive management is satisfied that the return is correct, it is sent (via PDF file) to members of the audit committee for review and approval. Any issues of concern are discussed in the Audit Committee meeting with the auditors. When the Audit Committee approves the return it is sent to the Board of Directors (via PDF file) for review and approval. After approval by the board, the Treasurer signs the necessary documents and files the returns with the appropriate tax authorities.
