GAIN aids in the diversification of study abroad by providing overseas opportunities for students who are economically challenged, from diverse backgrounds, or from underrepresented fields of study. For Summer 2013, the GAIN Reward was offered. The GAIN Rewards were developed to help provide grants to further assist students who are selected as awardees by the highly respected, national Benjamin A. Gilman and David L. Boren Scholarship for International Study or the Benjamin A. Part I, Lines 4a-b The Former President/CEO, Stevan Trooboff, received $250,000 as part of a non-compete agreement in 2012. The Former President/CEO, Stevan Trooboff, and current President/CEO, James Pellow, both participated in a supplemental non-qualified retirement plan as described in the Internal Revenue Code Section 457(f). Neither individual received or accrued any compensation from this plan in 2012.
