In addition, the president of Su Refugio Ministries visits each country annually (normally at least twice per year) to visually inspect the projects that Su Refugio Ministries helped support and to confirm that all funds were received and properly expended. The Board of Directors has made a decision to no longer provide support to any organization in Sierra Leone. Part I, Line 3f - Method of Accounting Cash Basis. Part I, Line 1 - Summary Mission Su Refugio Ministries assists and supports organizations located in host countries (currently Paraguay, Argentina, Peru and Sierra Leone) that have common goals of providing food, housing and medical care to children in need, providing vocational training to enhance the ability of parents to provide for their families, as well as assisting in the establishment of churches. The activities of Su Refugio Ministries includes assisting in the planning, design and development of Su Refugio facilities, recruiting people to visit and volunteer at Su Refugio facilities in Paraguay, Argentina and Peru, and to raise awareness of the need to potential donors who may be able to help meet the financial needs of new construction and on-going operational costs of Su Refugio organizations in Paraguay, Argentina and Peru. As the organization grows, Su Refugio Ministries will evaluate opportunities for meeting these same needs in other countries. The primary purpose of Su Refugio Ministries is to raise funds in support of other organizations. In no event shall Su Refugio Ministries manage or exercise control over any other organization or ministry. Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The organization does not compensate any officers, key employees or top management officials.
