Additional eligibility requirements include anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school within a 10 mile radius of any branch office. However, some decisions require member consent as dictated by regulation. Salary changes are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors at their regularly scheduled meeting. The President/CEO reviews the salaries of the other officers or key employees of the organization through the use of compensation surveys. Salary changes are at the sole discretion of the President/CEO. This process was last completed in 2014 for all eligible employees.
