The Financial Aid Department prints out a fund report from POISE that shows the budget amount, how much has been awarded, and how much is available to be awarded. Then the Financial Aid Department awards to each student who has applied for financial aid and meets the University's qualifications, State, and federal guidelines for financial aid the amount that the student is eligible to receive. The amounts that the student receives are credited to their account at the University, then the University automatically deducts tuition, books, and University fees. If there is a balance remaining, it is then refunded to the student.
