Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Monetary conflicts of interest are monitored and enforced. All checks over 5,000 require a signature of the Executive Director and the Board President. The employee manual outlines conflicts of interest for employees and there is a policy in place for the Board of Directors, which is signed by each Board member. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Board President presents salary proposals for the Executive Director to the full Board of Directors for discussion and approval. The Executive Director oversees the remaining salaries for staff provided they are within the constraints of the Board approved budget.
