Schedule D, Part V, Line 4 The temporarily restricted funds are for The Newtown Tree Project, the Sandy Hook Memorial Tree Fund, Labor Fund and Land Acquisition Fund. The permanent endowment is to generate investment earnings to fund the Newtown Tree Project annual budget. G&A fees represent $1500 for clerk at our board meeting to take and record minutes. Weather postponed board meeting set to approve the 990. Meeting was rescheduled to 2/19/15.
