Pt VI Line 4 Aria Health's three campuses serve a wide variety of constituents, including low income communities, Pt VI Line 4 aging populations, and low literacy and non-English speaking residents. Aria Health's Frankford Campus Pt VI Line 4 serves a younger population, but poverty, unemployment and lack of transportation serve as barriers to Pt VI Line 4 receiving care. The population primarily served at Aria Health's Torresdale Campus is an aging Pt VI Line 4 population with high risks of chronic disease and poor preventive health habits. Despite lower numbers Pt VI Line 4 of uninsured, cost remains an issue in seeking healthcare. Aria Health's Bucks County Campus serves a Pt VI Line 4 much older population with a higher burden of disease and low compliance with healthcare Pt VI Line 4 recommendations. All of these issues serve as barriers to community health improvement, but Aria is Pt VI Line 4 working in the community and establishing community partnerships to reach these residents and Pt VI Line 4 provide them will otherwise inaccessible services for health and healthcare improvement. Pt VI Line 5 Aria Health's mission is to provide exceptional patient care and customer service to members of the Pt VI Line 5 communities served by the hospitals and to recognize a patient's right to considerate and respectful Pt VI Line 5 care, regardless of ability to pay. Aria Health is the largest healthcare provider in Northeast Philadelphia Pt VI Line 5 and Lower Bucks County.
