Each of these sessions, of approximately 25-30 Congressional staff, provided an opportunity for the staff to participate in off-the-record discussions with prominent current and former government officials, negotiation training, and networking activities. Similar programs are provided to past Congressional staff participants in an alumni program of continued learning and networking. PSA also continued the congressional briefing series in partnership with the United States Institute of Peace, holding off-the-record small group discussions on Capitol Hill focused on international conflicts, conflict resolution and prevention. 31408 0 0 International Atomic Energy Agency - In 2014, PSA launched a study of ways in which the international non-state donor community can better partner with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The study involved creation of an internationally composed Working Group of Experts who communicate via email, in-person conferences, commissioned research and other means. The study will result in a report with recommendations on improving funding sources from non-state contributors to the IAEA Nuclear Security and Technical Corporation programs. 120968 0 0 Capitol Leaders Negotiation Program - In 2014, PSA utilized a grant from the William & Flora Hewlett Foundation Madison Initiative on promoting good governance to create the Capitol Leaders Negotiation Program (CLNP). PSA brought scholars from Harvard University's Program on Negotiation (PON) to present a seven session program of instruction on negotiation, negotiation principles and tools to Democratic and Republican Congressional staff members. 6900 0 0 Iran Forum - PSA collaborated with seven prominent Washington, DC area think tanks to co-sponsor the Iran Forum which included panels of expert discussants to evaluate the evolution of international negotiations over Iran's nuclear program.
