The Association believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken and, as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. Form 990, Part III, line 2 During 2013, the indigent defense contracts were cancelled and all staff involved in defense services were transferred into a new public defense division of King County.
