Employees that are not key employees job performance and pay scale are determined by the Executive Director and approved by the Board. Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available Form 990, audited financial statements, governing documents and policies are available upon request at the Madison County Community Foundation, Inc office located at 33 West 10th Street #600 Anderson, Indiana 46016 by any person or organization requesting the information.
