Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been reflected in the accompanying financial statements. Management evaluated the Organization's tax positions and concluded that the Organization has taken no uncertain tax positions that require adjustment to the financial statements to comply with the provisions of the Income Taxes Topic of the Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification. The Organization believes it does not meet any filing requirements for the Form 990-T and, accordingly, has not filed a Form 990-T. As such, all years remain open for examination by applicable taxing authorities. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8b There are no sub-committees with authority to act on behalf of the Board of Directors. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11 A copy of the Form 990 was provided to the organization's Board of Directors for review prior to the return being filed.
