Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The tax return is prepared by an independent accounting firm and is reviewed by the Executive Director. After the Executive Director's review is complete, the tax return is distributed via email to all Directors for review prior to filing with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c The Directors and Officers are covered under the conflict of interest policy. The policy is distributed to all Directors for their signed acknowledgement. When discussion occurs and/or votes are taken in Board meetings and a Director indicates a conflict of interest, the Director leaves the meeting while the remaining Directors discuss and vote upon whether a conflict of interest exists. Such conflicts are noted in the meeting minutes and the Director in question abstains from any vote taken on the conflicted matter.
