Interest accrued and penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits would be recognized by the Credit Union as noninterest expense. During the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, the Credit Union recognized no interest and penalties. This policy was reviewed and updated. There were no conflicts of interest in the 2014 calendar year. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 All compensation at the credit union is based on experience as well as using software to compare to other similar positions in similar fields. This is done during the budget season every year. The Director of Human Resources uses a software to compute compensation based on the requirements mentioned above.
