The SERP was terminated during the plan year ended Sept 30, 2011. The Baord agreed to replace this plan by making contributions for these two key executives as allowed by Section 457(b) of the Internal Revenue Code under the newly established Joint Industry Board Eligible Deferred Compensation Plan.
