Numerous deployments and pilot programs took place, and over 1 million additional users were reached in 2015, for a total of over 3 million learners in 175+ countries and territories. During the past year FLE also embarked on creating our next platform, Kolibri. Kolibri will be a software platform that will be usable completely offline, and will allow for more local content curation and materials in line with educational and cultural standards and practices. Kolibri's flexibility will allow for more types of learning, include peer to peer, individualized pacing, and real-time feedback from instructors.Software Development: Updated content, improved syncing, bug fixes, more language translations, improved user interface, more curation and content flexibility, integration of more features.Support and training: free, in person as well as email, phone calls, google hangouts, and skype to teachers, implementing partners, and administrators.
