Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a The TAMEST Executive Director shall have an annual performance evaluation by the TAMEST Board President. The board president, past president, vice president, treasurer, and treasurer-elect will comprise the Compensation Committee, which will recommend compensation increases for the Executive Director. Evaluation process: The TAMEST Executive Director will provide the executive committee a list of accomplishments from the previous year, and a list of goals for the upcoming year. Evaluation forms will be distributed to the executive committee in March/April. Completed evaluation forms will be submitted directly to the TAMEST president by April 30th. The TAMEST president will facilitate a confidential discussion with the Compensation Committee. The Board President will provide a summarized written review for discussion with the ED by June 15.
