Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 The physical copies of the boards governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available upon request and are held at the entitys business location. The annual audit is provided on the entitys website. Explanation of other changes in net assets or fund balances Part XI line 9 The fund balance reflected is increased by $293,370 for prior year parent activities that the new charter school utilized from the previous district school. In prior years, these accounts were reflected by the Manatee County School District but were part of the parent run organization. General explanation attachment The taxpayer filed the automatic extension request on November 9, 2015. In addition, the taxpayer filed for the additional request on February 4, 2016, but did not receive a confirmation from the IRS. We are filing the return based on the approval of both requests without subject to penalty or fine.
