It is also available to the public upon request. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 The Personnel committee handles employee annual reviews. A special committee is formed when a new executive director is hired. This committee does interviews and presents two or three candidates to be voted on at a special meeting of the board. In 2015 a firm was hired to help with finding potential candidates. A new director was hired September 2015 after a vote from the board members. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The board meets four times per year. (as well as additional meetings for special circumstances) At the quarterly meetings, the minutes from the previous meeting are read, the directors report is handed out and read and the quarterly financial report is handed out and read. The annual financial report is handed out and presented to the board at the January meeting following the end of the fiscal year.
