All have barriers to employment with limited or non existent employment history prior to participating in our program, and have limited cognitive, emotional, physical and/or social skills. These people assembled and/or packaged 5.4 million units in 2015. They were also involved in confidential record shredding, producing 5,500 pounds of shredded paper. In addition, 460 bags of cardboard packaging material was produced. 28 employees without disabilities worked side by side with our disabled employees to reinforce employment related skills, social skills, and adaptive behaviors in a work setting. 298028 0 430375 Our clients achieved 57,123 hours of pre vocational training in 2015 in an effort to learn transferable skills that could potentially be used in a job within the community.
