The organization is comprised of 36 local parish Conferences throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Each conference is considered a member of the organization. The 6 district presidents elect the board president based on the votes of the conferences each district president represents. The board president then appoints the officers of the board (Treasurer, Secretary, and Vice Presidents) based on board approval. The bylaws require the board to have at a minimum One President, One Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and 6 District Presidents.
